We’re spending this weekend exploring the places you’re making your own, with a Cityscape Tour on Saturday and Trivia “Night” with LDP on Sunday! We’ll take a closer look at the builds and details that give each town its character. Come see how your fellow Wayfarers are making these places feel like home, and perhaps find an idea for your next project.
Test Your Knowledge at Trivia “Night” with LDP
Sunday, October 4, at 9:00 AM Pacific. LDP is hosting an hour and a half of in-game trivia at The Event Space on Cohufotag-2!
There are five categories to test your knowledge: Pizza, Stars Reach General, Stars Reach In-Game, Stars Reach Lore, and General Trivia. Your knowledge of gameplay mechanics and the stories in our loading screens could come in handy, along with whatever you know about pizza.
Head west of the world portal to the hillside, and look for the big open wall. There are no requirements and no sign-up needed, so come find a spot and join in!

A Smoother Workshop: Crafted in Color Hotfix 8.7.2
Our latest hotfix brings useful improvements for your next building session and your travels beyond it.
- Keep the workshop moving: Bulk crafting has been optimized to prevent the zone lag it caused, with further improvements to recipe grants and Harvester and Bioscanner scanning.
- Put your materials to work: Finish recipes now require the amount produced by the previous step, so you won’t need to craft extra just to continue the chain.
- Keep outside terrain outside: Terrain shields are now active by default on all homesteads and zoning lots, with additional protection around planetary starter portals.
- Keep creature sizes in check: Maximum spawn sizes have been adjusted to prevent performance problems caused by especially large creatures.
If you previously turned your terrain shield off, you may need to turn it off again to keep it disabled.

This Week’s Wow Moments
