We\u2019ve done an extensive network upgrade and we\u2019re asking for your help to stress test it. We\u2019re going to experiment with flora and creature densities during these tests to get your feedback AND to assess impact with the new code\u2026.so that we know how far we can push it in the next update!<\/span><\/p>\n

Along with this massive infrastructure change, we have a handful of other improvements to go along with it, but the bulk of this particular update is the network changes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gameplay:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Limestone, Sandstone<\/strong>, and Chalk<\/strong> have higher adhesion so they work better as caves.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Roaches<\/strong> und Kharvix<\/strong> move faster when not in combat (so they can ambush you better)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Die Paver\u2019s battery cost<\/strong> has been lowered so it’s easier to make roads.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The \u201cNoSeeds\u201d versions of bushes & mushrooms have been removed. You can now get seeds<\/strong> from flora that you\u2019ve planted with the Harvester.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • When you are invulnerable (from PowerUps) you cannot be affected<\/strong> by statuses (like being set on fire or frozen, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You no longer have to hit \u201cG to portal\u201d. Instead, you just walk under the portal arch<\/strong> and you\u2019ll transport to the connected world.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • A \u201cCombat Tips\u201d screen has been added to the F1 Help menu<\/strong> so it\u2019s easier to understand the color-coding of creature names.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • You can now see creatures a LOT further away<\/strong> than you could previously. (A good thing.) You can also sweep your mouse cursor around and find them that way, but that isn\u2019t a permanent feature. (Too easy to find creatures in trees that way.) We\u2019ll be fixing that so you can\u2019t see nameplates that far away or when obscured in the future.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
